Return and Refund Policy

The policies on this page are for our customers that purchased our products directly from ControlOMatic. ControlOMatic is a manufacturer and has dealers throughout the world. If you purchased ControlOMatic's products from a dealer, please refer to their return/refund policy.

ControlOMatic has a 30 day, no questions asked, refund policy making it easy to try our products and, if it doesn't work out for you, return it for a full refund. After 30 days, and up to the warranty period of a year, we will work with you to resolve the problem and, if we are unable to do so, a full refund is still possible if the product is in like new condition.

The refund will be the same as the method of payment which is typically a credit card. If that isn't possible, a company check will be sent. ControlOMatic will provide a return label for the return and, once the product is received and evaluated, a refund will be made.
