Return and Refund Policy
The policies on this page are for our customers that purchased our products directly from ControlOMatic. ControlOMatic is a manufacturer and has dealers throughout the world. If you purchased ControlOMatic's products from a dealer, please refer to their return/refund policy.
ControlOMatic has a strict Minimum Allowable Advertised Pricing (MAAP) policy in place for all promoters of our products, to protect our customers from fraudulent and/or unauthorized resale.
ControlOMatic has a 30-day, no questions asked, refund policy making it easy to try our products and return as needed for a full product refund.* After 30 days, and up to the warranty period of a year (unless otherwise specified), we will work with you to resolve problems if they should arise and, if we are unable to do so, we will offer a full refund if the product is in like new condition.
In that case, once the product is received at ControlOMatic and evaluated, a refund will be made in the form of the same method as payment (e.g., credit card), if possible.
*The customer is responsible for returning the unit back to ControlOMatic in resellable condition. Shipping may not be included in refund.
